| Filing 14 The clerk has reviewed Plaintiff's "Motion to Correct ECF/Court's Errors" (Motion to Correct) filed on 11/13/18 in each of the following cases: 3:18cv1830, 3:18cv2379, 3:18cv2487, and 3:18cv2662. Ms. Phillips advises that she did not file motions for appointment of counsel and requests correction of the docket sheets. The clerk notes that at the bottom of the Notice of Appeal filed on 11/4/18 in each of the cases, Plaintiff includes the statement "PETITIONER HUMBLY BESEECHING APPOINTMENT OF COUNSEL AND ORAL ARGUMENT." This statement is centered at the bottom and appears in bold and all capitalized letters. It is common practice of the clerk when processing a pro se-filed Notice of Appeal to another court to ensure that all relief requested therein is captured on the docket sheet. In light of Plaintiff's clarification, the clerk has made a clerical update to the docket sheet to note it was not plaintiff's intent for the court to consider the request for appointment of counsel and has terminated the Motion to Correct in each of the affected cases as moot.
