The notices do not comply the requirements of 28 U.S.C. 1446, which sets out the procedure for the removal of actions under 28 U.S.C. 1443.1 The notice of removal also does not comply with the required form of documents to be filed upon removal that are set out in Local Civil Rule 81.1 of the Local Rules for the Northern District of Texas.
