ELECTRONIC ORDER: The Court issued an order on October 26, 2018 (Doc. No. 3) in which Plaintiff was ordered to file the entry of appearance of local counsel, as required by Local Rule 83.10(a), within twenty (20) days from the date of the order. To date, Plaintiff has not complied with the Court's order. Accordingly, the Court un-files Plaintiff's Certificate of Interested Persons (Doc. No. 9) as it does not contain the required signature of local counsel. Furthermore, Plaintiff must file the entry of appearance of local counsel within ten (10) days from the date of this order. Failure to comply with this Order will result in dismissal of this case without prejudice and without further notice.
