ORDER: Defendants' allegations regarding Plaintiffs' citizenship that are based on "information and belief" that Plaintiffs are domiciled in Texas are insufficient. Given this deficiency, the court must presume that this suit lies outside of its limited jurisdiction, unless Defendants can cure the jurisdictional deficiency noted. Defendants shall, therefore, filed a supplemental notice of removal that cures the deficiency noted by 11/16/2018.
