ORDER TRANSFERRING CASE: The subject matter of this action concerns events that allegedly occurred in Cass County, Texas, which lies within the Marshall Division of the Eastern District of Texas. See 28 U.S.C. 124(c)(4). Accordingly, under Section 1391(b) and the undersigneds authority granted by Rule 2(a)(3) of the Courts Miscellaneous Order No. 6, this action will be transferred to the Marshall Division of the Eastern District of Texas on 2/26/2019 to allow any party to file an objection to Judge Scholer within 14 days after being served with a copy of this order.
