ORDER: This case was initiated in this Court on the basis of diversity jurisdiction. The amount in controversy is not in question; however, the diversity of citizenship of the parties is. The diversity of the parties' citizenship must be complete in that one of the plaintiffs cannot share the same state citizenship as one of the defendants.
