September 12, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 6 ELECTRONIC ORDER: Plaintiff has failed to fully comply with the Court's Notice of Deficiency and Order, Doc. 4. In the interest of justice, the Court will extend the time for doing so. Accordingly, Plaintiff is ORDERED to, by 10/11/2019, pay the $400 filing fee or file an application to proceed in forma pauperis on the enclosed form, with the required certificate of inmate trust account. Plaintiff's Motion to Modify the Relief Section is construed as a motion for leave to amend his complaint and is GRANTED. However, the motion is not an amended complaint. Plaintiff must file an amended complaint on the enclosed form by 10/11/2019. Because any amended complaint will supersede (take the place of) Plaintiff's previous filing, Plaintiff must include all claims against all defendants in any amended complaint filed.The Clerk of the Court is directed to provide to Plaintiff, with service of this Order, a prisoner form complaint and a motion to proceed in forma pauperis. No process will issue unless ordered by the Court. PLAINTIFF IS AGAIN ADMONISHED THAT FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS ORDER MAY RESULT IN THE DISMISSAL OF THIS ACTION PURSUANT TO FEDERAL RULE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE 41(b).
