The court directs the clerk of the court to not accept any further filings by Defendants, whether in previously filed cases, new original actions, transferred cases, or removed actions that pertain to the property located at 1211 Harbor Dune Ct., Irving, Texas, 75063, unless they first seek and obtain leave of the district court judge presiding over the action in question.
