State Farm Lloyds alleges that Mark Elwood Morgan (Morgan) was fraudulently joined in this action, and that his citizenship should be disregarded for the purposes of the Court's evaluation of diversity in this matter. Id. 13-24. The Court orders that by November 15, 2019, Plaintiff shall either nonsuit Morgan or file a Motion to Remand that responds to State Farm Lloyd's allegations.
