Filing 4 ELECTRONIC NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY AND ORDER: Plaintiff Dalia C. Valle must address the following deficiency: The complaint is not signed as required by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11. In addition, Plaintiff did not pay the required filing fee or submit a request to proceed in forma pauperis on the court approved form. See 28 U.S.C. 1914, 1915(a). Further, a review of the docket reveals that Plaintiff has not yet registered as a user of the Court's electronic filing system, as required by Local Civil Rule. Instructions for registering as a pro se litigant may be found online at https:// ecf.txnd.uscourts.gov/AttorneyReg. Therefore, by no later than November 12, 2019, Plaintiff is ORDERED to (1) file a properly signed complaint, (2) pay the $400.00 filing fee or file a properly signed and filled out motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis on the AO239 form, and (3) register to use the Court's electronic filing system. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS ORDER MAY RESULT IN THE DISMISSAL OF THIS ACTION PURSUANT TO FEDERAL RULE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE 41(b). Both a complaint form and a form motion to proceed in forma pauperis (AO239) are available online at http://www.uscourts.gov/forms/civil-forms. Any amended complaint will supersede (take the place of) Plaintiff's previous filing. Consequently, Plaintiff must state all claims and list all defendants in any amended complaint filed. No process will issue unless ordered by the Court. (Ordered by Magistrate Judge Renee Harris Toliver on 10/18/2019) (chmb) |
