Because the Court has extended Defendant's time to answer Plaintiff'sPetition, the Court also extends Plaintiffs deadline to file a separate motion to compe l arbitration. If Plaintiff intends to pursue relief under 9 U.S.C. 4, it must now file its separate motion to compel arbitration by 3/9/2020. If Plaintiff does not file a separate motion by March 9, 2020, the Court will consider Plaintiff to have abandoned relief under 4.
