ORDER REMANDING PART OF CASE, RETAINING PART OF CASE, AND DIRECTING PAYMENT OF PORTION OF SETTLEMENT PROCEEDS. It is ordered that the Car Accident Claims asserted by Plaintiff against the Car Accident Defendants are remanded to the 14th District Court of Dallas County, Texas. It is further ordered that the Employment Claims asserted by Plaintiff against Defendant Dallas County, Defendant Rand, and Defendant Wright are retained in this Court. It is further ordered that the State Court shall decide the dispute over the Dallas County Lien and the Dunleavy Attorney's Fees Claim, since the resolution of suchdisputes involve questions of state law and relates to the Car Accident Claims being remanded.
