ORDER: Before the Court are the plaintiff's requests to reopen this closed case, filed 11/8/2019 (docs. #11 , #12 ). The plaintiff has been previously sanctioned barred from proceeding in forma pauperis in this district for filing frivolous lawsuits. The plaintiff is still subject to, but has not complied with, the sanctions order in Cause No. 3:19-CV-2216-G. Based on that sanctions order, the plaintiff may not re-open or re-file this case without paying the entire filing fee. Any pending and future motions filed in this action shall be docketed for administrative purposes only and terminated.
