ORDER: The Clerk's Office is INSTRUCTED to open a new 2255 case; docket a copy of this order and the related motion (doc. 202) in the new case; directly assign the new case to the same District and Magistrate Judges as in this criminal case; terminate the pending motion in this criminal case; and mail Movant a standard form for cases filed under 28 U.S.C. 2255, with the new 2255 case number and notation "Amended" included on the form. Within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order, Movant shall file an amended 2255 raising all of his grounds or a notice that he intends to dismiss his 2255 motion. Failure to comply with this order may result in the dismissal of the new 2255 action under Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). No further process shall issue except upon further order of the Court.
