Filing 9 ORDER: Before the Court is Plaintiff's Amended Motion for Substituted Service (Doc. #8 ). Having reviewed the motion, the Court concludes that it should be and hereby is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. Specifically, the Court grants the motion to the extent that Plaintiff seeks the Court to authorize substitute service on Defendant Margaret B. Logan by leaving a true copy of the summons and the attached complaint with anyone more than sixteen years of age at Defendant's place of abode. But the Court denies the motion to the extent that Plaintiff urges the Court to authorize substitute service by securing the documents to the front-door entrance at 2460 S.
