Six Unknmvn Named Agents of Federal Bureau of Narcotics, 403 U.S. 388 (1971). For example, he argues that prison officials at Texarkana FCI, where he is being held, have failed to comply with the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines. Defendant's civil claims will be severed, opened as a prisoner civil rights case (Nature of Suit: 550), and directly assigned to Chief Judge Lynn and Magistrate Judge Ramirez.
