Filing 68 ELECTRONIC ORDER:Defendants filed a Motion for Summary Judgment on Sepember 17, 2021. See Dkt. No. 45. Plaintiffs filed a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment on September 24, 2021. See Dkt. No. 53. The Court referred both motions to the United States magistrate judge for findings, conclusions, and recommendations. See Dkt. Nos. 50, 62. On October 15, 2021, the parties filed a joint motion requesting, in part, a 90-day extension of all deadlines. See Dkt. No. 61. The Court granted the motion on October 18, 2021. See Dkt. No. 63. The 90-day extension ends on January 16, 2022. The parties have now filed a Joint Motion to Extend Time to Respond to Dispositive Motions. See Dkt. No. 66. That motion #66 is granted to the extent and as set forth in the following briefing schedule: Plaintiffs must file a written response to Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment #45 by February 10, 2022. Defendants may file a reply brief, but no additional evidence, by February 24, 2022. Defendants must file a written response to Plaintiffs' Motion for Partial Summary Judgment #53 by February 17, 2022. Plaintiffs may file a reply brief, but no additional evidence, by March 3, 2022. Responses must be accompanied by or incorporate a brief, and the response and the brief must not together exceed 30 pages in length, excluding any table of contents and table of authorities. See N.D. TEX. L. CIV. R. 56.5(b) (as modified). The responding party's brief must discuss whether the responding party agrees with the moving party's identification of the live pleadings for each party who has appeared in the action and, if not, why not. Any affidavits, depositions, written discovery materials, or other summary judgment evidence must be included in a separate appendix. The responding party must bracket in the margin of each document in the appendix the portions of the document on which the respondent relies, and, when citing materials in the record, the responding party must support each assertion by citing each relevant page of its own or another party's appendix. The appendix must be numbered sequentially from the first page through the last and include an index of all documents contained therein. An envelope that contains a non-documentary or oversized exhibit must be numbered as if it were a single page. See N.D. TEX. L. CIV. R. 56.6(b). Additionally, except to the extent any requirement is modified herein, the response and brief must comply with the requirements of Local Civil Rules 56.4(a)-(c), 56.5(a), 56.5(c), and 56.6(a)-(b). Reply briefs must not exceed 15 pages in length. See N.D. Tex. L. Civ. R. 56.5(b) (as modified). No supplemental pleadings, briefs, or summary judgment evidence or other documents may be filed in connection with the motion for summary judgment or response thereto without leave of court. See N.D. Tex. L. Civ. R. 56.7. No further extensions of time will be granted on the briefing on these dispositive motions. Judge Lindsay has set this case for trial on on the Court's four-week docket beginning May 2, 2022, and the findings, conclusions, and recommendations must be entered as soon as possible after the motions become ripe to allow the Court sufficient time to resolve the motions before trial.(Ordered by Magistrate Judge David L.
