In Response to the Motion, Plaintiffs Jeremy and Debra Alexander stated that they did not oppose the motion (Doc. No. 9). Defendant Swift Transportation Services, LLC filed a Response agreeing with the Motion to Remand as well (Doc. No. 10). Because the Motion is unopposed by all parties, the Court GRANTS the Motion (Doc. No. 7). This case is REMANDED to the 162nd Judicial District Court of Dallas County, Texas.
