No. 3 (citing N.D. TEX. L. CIV. R. 83.10(a)). The request is GRANTED. Mr. Chermol may represent Plaintiff in this case without obtaining local counsel. But counsel will be expected to abide by all local rules and court orders and personally appear, if ordered, at all court proceedings.
