August 20, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 24 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER grants #19 Motion to Sever and Transfer Venue of Out-of-State Plaintiffs' Cases. The Court directs the Clerk of the Court to sever and transfer this action as follows: a. Plaintiff George Brdek's case be severed and transferred to the Youngstown Division of the Northern District of Ohio (Civil case 3:20-cv-2440 opened); b. Plaintiff Tangelia Cotton's case be severed and transferred to the Greenbelt Division of the District of Maryland (Civil case 3:20-cv-2441 opened); c. Plaintiff Freddie Edmonds's case be severed and transferred to the Greenville Division of the Eastern District of North Carolina (Civil case 3:20-cv-2442 opened); d. Plaintiff Joellyn Gatliff's case be severed and transferred to the Oxford Division of the Northern District of Mississippi (Civil case 3:20-cv-2443 opened); e. Plaintiff Debra Ghalebi's case be severed and transferred to the Fort Lauderdale Division of the Southern District of Florida (Civil case 3:20-cv-2444 opened); f. Plaintiff Jeff McCormick's case be severed and transferred to the Cleveland Division of the Northern District of Ohio (Civil case 3:20-cv-2445 opened); g. Plaintiff Barry Pruitt's case be severed and transferred to the Fort Lauderdale Division of the Southern District of Florida (Civil case 3:20-cv-2446); and h. Plaintiff Jennifer Ramsey's case be severed and transferred to the Akron Division of the Northern District of Ohio (Civil case 3:20-cv-2447 opened). Plaintiff Anita Saenz is the sole plaintiff with any connection to this forum. Accordingly, she shall remain in the Dallas Division of the Northern District of Texas.
