Order: On December 4, 2019, in Case Number 2:19-CV-58-Z-BR (doc. 32) a sanction order was entered against David James West, and, in pertinent part, it states: If Plaintiff fails to obtain permission from a judicial officer of this district before filing a new civil lawsuit or any additional filings (other than a Notice of Appeal) in the present lawsuit, these future submissions will be discarded without filing.
