AMENDED ORDER: This Amended Order replaces and vacates the #5 Order issued by the court on November 17, 2020. The parties agree that all claims in this action are subject to arbitration. The court determines that the motion should be, and is hereby, granted but that the dismissal should be with prejudice rather than without prejudice. Accordingly, the court orders the parties to arbitrate this action no later than January 15, 2021, in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Arbitration Agreement signed by the parties.
