In light of the court's order requiring Plaintiff to amend its pleadings by October 19, 2020, Defendant's deadline to file an answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's amended complaint is continued and shall be filed in accordance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and this district's Local Civil Rules.
