ELECTRONIC ORDER - Before the Court is Plaintiff's Motion for Second Motion for Extension of Time to File Answer or Respond to the Complaint for Patent Infringement (Doc. No. 15). After consideration of the motion, relevant portions of the record, and the applicable law, the Court DENIES the motion. The Court does not find that Plaintiff established good cause for a second extension. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 6(b). Therefore, the Court denies the motion. Should an unidentified good cause exist, the parties may move the Court for consideration of those grounds for extension. The Court reminds the parties that motions to extend time must include a certificate of conference according to Local Rule 7.1.
