Filing 9 ORDER: The court has today signed an order permitting counsel for plaintiff Samurai Global LLC ("Samurai") to withdraw. In federal court, an LLC, like a corporation, is not permitted to proceed pro se. Accordingly, within 28 days of the date this order is filed, Samurai must obtain counsel and cause counsel to enter a written appearance with the clerk of this court. If Samurai fails to do so, its action will be dismissed without prejudice without further prior notice, and the court will conduct further proceedings, such as entry of an order of dismissal without prejudice, in accordance with law.
