ELECTRONIC ORDER AND NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY. Plaintiff Bruce Allen Massey must address the following deficiency: Plaintiff's Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis, Doc. #9 , does not include a certified copy of the inmate trust account statement. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(2). Thus, the motion does not provide enough information for the Court to determine if in forma pauperis status is appropriate. A Dallas County Jail inmate can request a complete list of the transactions in his inmate trust account for the last six months by submitting a kyte or inmate request to the vault. Therefore, Plaintiff is ORDERED to file a complete list of the transactions in his inmate trust account for the last six months by April 28, 2021. See Complaint form at page 2, 3 for filing fee information under the Prison Litigation Reform Act. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS ORDER WILL RESULT IN THE DISMISSAL OF THIS ACTION PURSUANT TO FEDERAL RULE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE 41(b). No process will issue except upon order of the Court.
