April 8, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 2 ORDER: Before the Court is the plaintiff's "Motion for Protective Order", received on 4/7/2021. The Clerk of the Court is DIRECTED to unfile the motion for a protective order in this case, open a new civil case, file the motion as a complaint in that new case, file a copy of this order in that case, and directly assign the new case to the same district judge and magistrate judge as in this case. The Clerk of Court shall also forward the plaintiff a copy of this Courts standard form for filing a complaint under 42 U.S.C. 1983 with the new case number and the notation "Amended" included on the form, and a form application to proceed in forma pauperis. The plaintiff must submit an amended complaint on the standard form for a civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. 1983 that is sent to him by the Clerk's Office, and either pay the $402.00 filing fee or submit an application to proceed in forma pauperis, within thirty (30) days of the date of this order.
