Filing 7 ORDER: On 5/24/2021, the defendants filed a #6 suggestion of Chapter 7 bankruptcy regarding the defendant Re Rez LP. Accordingly, an automatic stay of the claims against Re Rez LP is now in effect. In an effort to manage this court's docket more efficiently, the claims against Re Rez LP will be CLOSED. They may be re-opened, without prejudice, upon the motion of any party, pursuant to any action taken in the related bankruptcy proceeding.
