ORDER: This order addresses Defendant Maria Lilia Villa's 5/26/2020 pro se letter motion requesting a sentence reduction or early deportation. The Court construes Villa's motion as a section 3582(c)(1)(A) motion. Because Villa has not exhausted her administrative remedies and failed to identify extraordinary and compelling reasons warranting sentence reduction, the Court denies Villa's motion. The Clerk of the Court is directed to open a new civil action (nature of suit code 540, miscellaneous cause) for statistical purposes, with direct assignment to Judge Godbey and Magistrate Judge Toliver, and to close said case on the basis of this order.
