Memorandum Opinion and Order: After reviewing the pending motions and record in this case, the court vacates the referral of this case to the magistrate judge and enters this memorandum opinion and order to address certain jurisdictional concerns raised by the parties' pending motions and pleadings. The court sua sponte dismisses without prejudice for lack of Article III standing the federal claims in Plaintiffs' Amended Complaint. The remaining state law claims in Plaintiffs' Amended Complaint are also dismissed without prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1367(c). As a result of these jurisdictional rulings, the court need not address Defendants' Motion to Dismiss or Plaintiffs' Motion for Injunctive Relief, which have been terminated.
