ELECTRONIC ORDER: The Court will delay ruling on Plaintiffs' Emergency Motion for Temporary Restraining Order Under the All Writs Act 28 U.S.C. 1651(a) ("Motion") [ECF No. 2] until after service has been effected on Defendants in this action in accordance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and Defendants have an opportunity to respond to the Motion. Service of Plaintiffs' Complaint and summons shall be accompanied by a copy of Plaintiffs' Motion and Brief in Support [ECF Nos. 2 and 3] and this Order. Defendants' deadline to respond to Plaintiffs' Motion is five (5) days after service has been effected as to both Defendants, and Defendants are provided with a copy of this Order.
