Filing 35 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER - Finding the existence of an agreement to arbitrate with a valid delegation clause, the Court GRANTS Defendants Motion in part; Plaintiff's claims against Defendants should be submitted to arbitration. Doc. No. 26. Because there are open arbitrability questions left for the arbitrator, however, the Court STAYS this proceeding pending the arbitration per 9 U.S.C. 3. The parties are ORDERED to inform the Court within fourteen (14) days of the completion of the arbitration or settlement.There appears to be no further reason at this time to maintain the file as open for statistical purposes.
