January 13, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 7 SECOND ELECTRONIC ORDER AND NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY. Plaintiff did not comply with the Court's December 13, 2021 Notice of Deficiency and Order, Doc. #5 . But on January 7, 2022, he requested the Clerk of the Court to mail him the necessary forms. Doc. #6 . In the interest of justice, the Court now extends the time for Plaintiff to comply with the deficiency order.
