SECOND ELECTRONIC ORDER AND NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY. Plaintiff did not comply with the Court's December 13, 2021 Notice of Deficiency and Order, Doc. #5 . But on January 7, 2022, he requested the Clerk of the Court to mail him the necessary forms. Doc. #6 . In the interest of justice, the Court now extends the time for Plaintiff to comply with the deficiency order. Accordingly, Plaintiff is ORDERED to (1) file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis on the AO-239 Form, (2) file an amended complaint that meets the requirements of Rule 8(a), and (3) register to use the Court's electronic filing system, all by January 27, 2022.
