ORDER - Before the Court is Plaintiff Andrew Scott's Motion to Remand (the "Motion") (Doc. No. 4). Defendant Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. filed an amended Response and Brief in Opposition (together, the "Response") (Doc. Nos. 6 & 7). The Court concludes it is without subject-matter jurisdiction over this matter and Plaintiff's request to remand this case is granted. 1447(c). Accordingly, this case is remanded to the District Court for the 101st Judicial District of Dallas County, Texas. See id. Plaintiff's request for attorneys' fees is denied.
