ORDER TRANSFERRING CASE to the Fort Worth Division of the Northern District of Texas. The Court will transfer the habeas application to that division of this district under Sections 1406(a) and 1631 and the undersigned's authority granted by Rule 2(a)(3) of the Court's Miscellaneous Order No. 6 on 2/2/2022 to allow any party to file an objection to Judge Boyle within 14 days after being served with a copy of this order.
