ORDER: Alfred Lee Stone, a Texas prisoner, has filed the following in this closed civil action arising under 42 U.S.C. 1983: (1) a motion for permission to file an in forma pauperis civil rights complaint (ECF No. #7 ); (2) a motion to dismiss the indictment (ECF No. #8 ); (3) a motion for a direct verdict of acquittal (ECF No. #9 ); (4) proof of service (ECF No. #10 ); and (5) a petition for writ of habeas corpus filed under 28 U.S.C. 2254 (ECF No. #11 ). The Court STRIKES ECF Nos. #7 - #11 . The Court also severs out the habeas motions (ECF Nos. #8 , #9 and #11 ) and opens a new habeas case under 2254. (Civil case 3:22-cv-683 opened.)
