ORDER: The court has reviewed plaintiff's motion for remand. #15 . However, the United States Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation conditionally transferred this action to related MDL litigation pending in the Northern District of Texas on 11/3/21. In Re: DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc., Pinnacle Hip Implant Prods. Liab. Litig., MDL No. 2244, 2471 , CTO-359 (Nov. 3, 2021). Plaintiff opposed transfer, and briefing on plaintiff's opposition to transfer in that action is now closed. The MDL panel notified this court that the panel will consider plaintiff's opposition to transfer at its bimonthly hearing session. Therefore, the court strikes all previous deadlines for defendant to file a responsive pleading #12 . Defendant's motion to stay #5 is granted. The court stays briefing on all pending motions until resolution of the conditional transfer to MDL litigation in Northern District of Texas. Plaintiff's motion to file under seal [15-1] (exhibit 1 attached to plaintiff's memorandum in support of its motion to remand #15 ) is granted.
