In the interest of justice, the time for complying with the deficiency order is extended. Accordingly, Plaintiff is ORDERED to file a Certificate of Inmate Trust Account by May 5, 2022. March 4, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ELECTRONIC ORDER AND NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY. Plaintiff Kenneth R. Jones, Jr must address the following deficiency: Plaintiff's Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis does not include a Certificate of Inmate Trust Account signed by an authorized officer. Thus, the motion does not provide enough information for the Court to determine if in forma pauperis status is appropriate. Doc. #4 . Therefore, Plaintiff is ORDERED to file a Certificate of Inmate Trust Account signed by an authorized officer by April 4, 2022.
