ORDER: Before the Court is the Complaint filed by Plaintiffs Regency Air, LLC and A & E Hawker, LP. Compl. (ECF No. #1 ). After reviewing the Complaint, the Court sua sponte questions whether it has subject matter jurisdiction. District courts generally may hear a case only if it involves a question of federal law or if complete diversity of citizenship exists between the parties and the amount in controversy exceeds $75,000.
