Filing 4 Order: The pro se plaintiff is a vexatious litigant who has filed over 130 lawsuits in federal courts in Texas and has been sanctioned by judges in the Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of Texas. See Sharpless v. Sharpless, 3:13-CV-2297-D(N.D. Tex. July 2, 2013) (listing the prior cases outlining the numerous cases and sanctions as of that date). These sanctions include both monetary sanctions and a bar on filing any civil suits until permission is granted by a judicial officer. The Clerk's Office shall file a copy of the sanctions orders in Cause No. 3:13-CV-2297-D and Cause No. 3:13-CV-2786-P in this case and ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSE it for failure to comply with their terms.The motion for leave to proceed with yet another frivolous law suit in forma pauperis is DEEMED MOOT.
