ELECTRONIC ORDER transferring case to the Fort Worth Division of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Under the authority of Miscellaneous Order No. 6, this action is transferred to the Fort Worth Division, where venue is proper. See 28 U.S.C. 1404(a). Plaintiff, a state inmate, filed this pro se civil rights action against prison officials at the Bridgeport Unit, within the Fort Worth Division, complaining of delays in paying his court filing fee.
