ORDER: The Court ORDERS: 1. Plaintiff must immediately attempt to serve Defendant Sharon L. Hafner. 2. Plaintiff must file an amended complaint on or before 5/10/2022. Defendants may then file a response, whether an answer or dispositive motion, according to the deadlines set out in the Federal Rules. But if Plaintiff fails to file an amended complaint, he must file a response to Defendant's current #5 Motion to Dismiss by 5/13/2022. 3. The Court finds good cause to delay entering a complete pretrial scheduling order until Plaintiff files an amended complaint. In addition, the Court STAYS all discovery in this case until the Court enters its Findings, Conclusion, and Recommendation on Defendants' anticipated responsive motion to Plaintiff's amended complaint.
