May 31, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 13 SECOND NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY AND ORDER: Jay E Williams, Jordan Williams must address the following deficiency: file an amended complaint that meets the minimum requirements of Rule 8(a) and is personally signed by Mr. Williams and by Jordan, if he intends to proceed pro se, or by a licensed attorney and motions for leave to proceed in forma pauperis on the AO 239one signed by Mr. Williams and one signed by Jordan. Failure to comply with this order may lead to dismissal for failure to prosecute pursuant to FRCvP 41(b). Deadline to cure the deficiency is 6/13/2022. Further, the Clerk of the court is directed to STRIKE the Notice of Lawsuit and Request to Waive Service of Summons. Doc. #7 .
