July 15, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 8 ORDER: accepting #7 the magistrate judge's findings and conclusions. Accordingly, the court dismisses without prejudice this action for lack of subject matter jurisdiction and bars pro se Plaintiff Cheryl Sherry Ann Martin from filing future cases in forma pauperis in the Northern District of Texas. Any cases filed by Plaintiff in which she seeks to proceed in forma pauperis shall be automatically terminated by the clerk of the court pursuant to this order. (Ordered by Judge Sam A. The Court should also impose a filing bar preventing Martin from proceeding in forma pauperis in any future civil case filed in the Northern District of Texas.
