ORDER SETTING HEARING: Before the Court is Plaintiff's Counsel Chad A. Norcross's Amended Motion to Withdraw (Doc. #9 ). Because granting Mr. Norcross's motion would cause Plaintiff to proceed pro se in this case, the Court finds that a hearing is necessary to confirm whether Plaintiff consents to Mr. Norcross's withdrawal and to ensure that Plaintiff understands the risks therewith. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS that a mandatory hearing be set for: Tuesday, 8/2/2022 at 10:00 a.m. The Clerk of Court is to notify Plaintiff of the hearing directly by Certified Mail, Return Receipt.
