Because granting Mr. Norcross's motion would cause Plaintiff to proceed pro se in this case, the Court finds that a hearing is necessary to confirm whether Plaintiff consents to Mr. Norcross's withdrawal and to ensure that Plaintiff understands the risks therewith.
