July 18, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 7 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: The court determines that Defendants Hains and Go 2 have failed to satisfy their burden as the removing parties to establish subject matter jurisdiction based on diversity of citizenship. As a result, the court lacks subject matter jurisdiction and must remand the action. The court, therefore, sua sponte remands this action for lack of subject matter jurisdiction to the 382nd Judicial District Court, Rockwall County, Texas, from which it was removed.
