Filing 6 SECOND ELECTRONIC ORDER AND NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY. Plaintiff Robert Charles Casey has failed to comply with the Court's Electronic Order and Notice of Deficiency filed on July 8, 2022, Doc. 4. In the interest of justice, the Court will extend the time for doing so.
