August 5, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 4 ELECTRONIC ORDER AND NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY. Petitioner Lanchester Freeman must address the following deficiency: Petitioner did not pay the $5.00 filing fee for the habeas petition filed on July 26, 2022. However, Petitioner states he submitted a fund-withdrawal form to prison officials to pay it. Doc. #3 at 12. As Plaintiff is solely responsible for paying the $5 fee and no fee has been received so far, Petitioner is ORDERED to pay the $5.00 filing fee by September 8, 2022.
