Filing 7 ELECTRONIC Order and Notice of Deficiency: Plaintiff Courtney Breshell must address the following deficiencies: Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis does not provide enough information to determine whether Plaintiff should be granted in forma pauperis status. Specifically, Plaintiff failed to respond to any of the inquiries on the motion. Further a review of the docket sheet reveals that Plaintiff has not yet registered as a user of the Court's electronic filing system, as required. Therefore by September 21, 2022 Plaintiff is ORDERED to (1) either pay the full $402.00 filing fee or fully respond to every inquiry in the motion to proceed in forma pauperis on the AO 239 Form and to submit it to the Court, and (2) register to use the Court's electronic filing system. PLAINTIFF'S FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS ORDER MAY RESULT IN THE DISMISSAL OF THIS ACTION PURSUANT TO FEDERAL RULE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE 41(b).
