ORDER: By October 24, 2022, the Court ORDERS Defendant to file either: (1) a written statement with the Court affirming Plaintiff is a actually "WGIMC LLC" the "sole member" of which is Leonid Prumanov, a citizen of Texas; or (2) a written supplement to its Notice of Removal identifying each owner/member and any sub-member(s) and the respective citizenship for each, and also correctly alleging Plaintiff's citizenship. Finally, each party's Certificate of Interested Persons/Disclosure Statement must also properly reflect Plaintiff's citizenship. Therefore, Plaintiff must file an amended Certificate of Interested Parties no later than seven (7) days after Defendant submits either its written statement or written supplement as ordered by the Court. Further, although the burden rests with Defendant as the party seeking the federal forum, Plaintiff is ORDERED to assist Defendant if needed as this issue must be resolved before this matter may proceed any further.
